Some very important discoveries of psychology and success tell that 95% of things we feel take action and are able to achieve are because of our habits.Summing up simply your habits will only decide that whether you will achieve success or failure. Very few people become successful because very few are able to develop these habits and follow them as rituals and in return, these shape their success.

So, today I will tell you 5 habits that successful people follow as rituals and which we can also follow and become successful in life.

HABIT No. 1
HIGH SELF CONCEPT

In my childhood once I went for shopping and shopkeeper said that child, you definitely will do something big in life and you have a really bright future. I really don’t  know why he said so but that small thing made my self-concept that I definitely will achieve something big in life, his two three lines blooded positivity through my vines. These type of experiences either positive or negative build our self-concept.Just imagine that our subconscious mind is a computer and self-concept is its master program which functions like an operating system. Our actions, feelings and even our achievements are based on self-concept. In any aspect of life, you can achieve that much only that your subconscious mind would have built for that task.
Example: It does not matter how good orator you would be from childhood, but if you self-concept says that you will ruin your speech on stage than 90%  chances are there that you definitely will ruin it and will continue to ruin it again and again till the time your self-concept doesn’t change
NO MATTER HOW CAPABLE YOU ARE BUT IF YOUR SELF-CONCEPT IS LOW ABOUT THAT THING YOUR PERFORMANCE WILL NEVER BE GOOD.

HABIT NO.2
SELF DISCIPLINE 

Most people and especially students like me think discipline to be boring and a negative practice. This thought has evolved in us mainly because of movies mainstream media and all that, but the bitter truth of life is that world’s most successful and cool people have very high self-discipline about their routine.
ELBERT HUBBARD has defined self-discipline perfectly. Self-discipline is the ability to make yourself do what you should do when you should do it. No matter you feel it to do it or not but you have to do it.
Example: You decided that you will wake up 6:00 in morning, so to accomplish mission impossible you need self-discipline then motivation. Because from motivation you will do a task for 1 day 2 day or a week but from self-discipline, you will follow it for life time. Because of which your self-esteem and confidence will also boost up. Because self-discipline has a great impact on self-esteem.
SELF DISCIPLINE IS THAT HABIT WHICH HELPS RICH PEOPLE TO ACHIEVE GOALS AND MOVE FURTHER.

So HABIT NO.2  Using repetition you can also build self- discipline.

FEED YOUR MIND WITH MENTAL PROTEIN

Just like our body our brain also needs a proper diet to perform at peak. From diet I don’t mean food item, they are those mental things which our brain consumes whole day which we normally say knowledge or information. You should feed your brain with positive information so that your brain helps you become successful.
Now you may have heard this good saying that companies like Ferrari, Rolls Royce and so on never give advertisement on T.V. Why because they know the person who can afford their brand would never waste time watching T.V. It simply means they don’t feed their mind with an unhealthy diet. They know that these things are waste of time and won’t feed anything good in long-term.
That’s Why the most common habit which every successful individual do and you also surely start doing is that always feed your mind with positive information. You are reading this blog it means that you want to do something good with your life which is very good otherwise most people open the internet for entertainment which is not in itself but still they are like junk foods.

DAILY GOAL SETTING

To achieve any goal in life we have to manage our time efficiently. The author says that if our life is like the solar system then Time Management is SUN and all other things like Family, Love, Health, Money etc. are planets which will always revolve around sun i.e. Time Management. That’s Why if we manage our time we can definitely achieve success.
One way of time management is goal setting and you should always put constant efforts in something which will help you achieve your long term goals.
This simple habit can do miracles in your life because it has done in my life.

HABIT NO.5
HEALTH ORIENTATION

There is a very thin line between successful and unsuccessful people. Successful people are always concerned about their health. In opposite to that of unsuccessful people never take care of their health. People do work and really do give their heart and soul to their work but still at the end they are tagged as unsuccessful why because they never take care of their health.They ruin their health to money and at last health ruin their money. This is stupidity to next level. Yoga, proper diet and all that kind of healthy habits are very important for us because no matter how much money you have, how big your car, your house is if your health is not good you would not be able to enjoy anything
Successful people know these things very well that’s why they pay attention towards their health.They know if they are healthy they are happy and will give 100% to their work which will them best results and help in moving further.

So HABIT NO.5 Stay healthy and start doing exercise for physical health and Yoga for mental health and take proper diet for a healthy lifestyle.
